The warranty for every product purchased from S M Creations is provided by the respective brand, according to its warranty terms and policies.

Warranty coverage, inspection, repairs, replacements, and resolution timelines are governed by the respective brand.

Warranty Support

For a defective product, the respective brand will provide on-call support and, where required, arrange a technician’s inspection at your location.

Following verification, the brand will repair the product, provide a replacement, or issue a service letter, as applicable under its policies.

You may be asked to provide product images during on-call support. Further inspection or repair will be carried out by the brand’s technician according to its warranty policies.
